Wednesday 10 September

Yoh, after seeing the difference in that picture last night - and that in just 4 weeks, still can't believe it - I was super motivated to get cracking at the cardio.

Did my usual 60 mins combined treadmill/stepper/bicycle but on top of that, quite a bit of abs exercises. Going to make that a habit. There's still a bit of a 'tyre' around my waist and that's got to go ASAP.

Went out to celebrate at night - really felt like a pizza, but had grilled chicken breast, greek side salad, and - yes, sangria! You gotta give yourself a little treat from time to time hey, especially if the results are there.
