Calves still felt a bit fragile so I just did 2 x 20minutes treadmill and 20 minutes cycling. Works out to about 900 calories so that's a nice calorie deficit to start the day with.
Ang and I went to the driving range for our second lesson. Even though she hasn't practised since last time, her swing is better than mine. Dammit.
Went out for supper and had sushi. That's a lot better than last night - ordered the 'waist watcher' special at the Grill Shop at the Rock Cottage (in Radiokop). The 'grilled chicken breasts' came in a 2cm thick basting and the greek side salad was drizzled in some sort of sauce. Not good!
