Tuesday 2 September

Three weeks into the challenge and today went really well. My workout schedule has changed, now I do weights with Des on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning (early - I like it!) and do cardio on the other days. Sunday is a rest day, as before.

It's nice to get to gym early every day now. I get the 7am time slot on Tuesday and Thursday and 8am on Saturday. Much better than only starting at 11, which sort of breaks your day in half.

I felt very energized, and we did a full 50 minutes. Intensively. Felt good afterwards.
