Now I know why my calves hurt so bad last week ... we did some calf exercises yesterday - same as last week - and this time my calf muscles really burnt. Last week, I got no such warning, and foolishly spent 20 minutes on the stepper the next day, which completely buggered up my calves.
So today, I sidestepped the stepper quite nicely and instead spent 2 x 20 minutes on the treadmill and another 20 on the bicycle.
Went to the driving range in the afternoon to work on my swing. It needs work. A lot :-)
