As usual, Sunday was a day of 'rest'. USN recommends that you work out for a maximum of 6 days a week. Had a birthday party so strayed a bit from the usual diet ... had some potato bake, chops, wors and what have you. My taste buds almost exploded :-)
Also had a few glasses of wine. This was my first real 'cheat day' since I started the challenge, and all in all, I don't think I overdid it at all.
