Giving my body some more rest. We're going to go away for the weekend for my wife's birthday so want to feel 100%. The last 2 weeks have not been great. Felt sick. Didn't eat right. Drank too much and didn't exercise enough. Only things I'm happy about is that I managed to lose some more weight and didn't completely quiet even when I felt too weak to go to gym. I did have to drag myself there but at least I did it.
But now that I'm getting better, it's time to get back on track. I'll allow myself this weekend of, but then I'm going to fully focus on the challenge again. Eat right, cut carbs, cut the booze, take the supplements and stick to the training programme.
