Another work out with Des. It went quite well. Seemed like we're getting closer and closer to the magical 60 minute workout. I must be getting fitter ...
Not all that much stronger though. Still struggling a heck of a lot to do 3 sets of 12 reps with most of the weights that he's handing me. Even if they don't look all that heavy ... I never thought of myself as 'weak' but if you see what some of the other guys there are lifting and pushing, I feel like a wimp. But ja, as Des says 'we'll make you strong'.
It's a process, so you can't really expect miracle results from one day to the next I suppose.
