Was supposed to go to gym to do some light cardio (cycling) this morning but as my calves still hurt, and we were going to go to the Waterberg for the weekend, I decided to give it a miss.
We stayed at Izintaba, near Vaalwater. Beautiful self catering accommodation. What they call a 'cottage' there is really a bit of a palace.
