Day 3 (yesterday) was not easy
I hadn't slept much for the previous two nights. I'm guessing that the 'fat burning' supplements (Phedra Cut and CLA) may have had something to do with that ... they're probably just so stimulating that if you're a bit of a light sleeper, they just keep you awake ...
To top of it off, I decided to start going to gym early, so when I got there at 5 in the morning, I was just so tired I didn't have the energy to do just cardio ...
So just 20 minutes on the treadmill, and playing with some weights was more than enough. One thing's clear though, I'm not going to be a professional weight lifter any time soon ... there's girls there that push more weights than me :-)
Can't wait for Sunday when I'll have my first session with Des ... I think he's going to make me work but I reckon that if you want results, you need someone to push you to your limits (I know I do)
